You will join a team to execute projects with FORVIS clients in the healthcare industry from planning and procedures performed to the writing of deliverables to the client. You will participate in client meetings, internal meetings, and project development.

How you will contribute:
- Participating and leading projects evaluating Federal and State grant compliance and other compliance with regulatory requirements
- Working on a variety of financial, accounting, and compliance projects with a primary focus on the healthcare industry
- Overseeing overall project management including planning, supervising, and executing consulting projects in the areas of compliance and financial reporting
- Performing operational and financial assessments of client’s grants management compliance and finance department’s processes, policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Assisting with the development of policies and procedures
- Performing industry and technical research for the development of new client solutions
- Utilizing technology and best practices to improve internal processes

- Ability to communicate both up and downstream to team staff and exercise judgment in determining client interactions
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client projects, including monitoring project time budgets and consistently meeting or exceeding agreed-upon deadlines
- Ability to professionally write and communicate deliverables including but not limited to client meetings, internal meetings, and projects
- Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new software related to the accounting function of an organization
- High attention to detail as well as strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- 2 years or more of accounting and/or consulting experience within the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
