Description & Requirements

Our location in Springfield, MO is looking for a highly self-motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Initiative Associate. The primary focus of this role is to act as the primary point of contact for marketing initiatives within assigned industries, update and maintain contact information in the firm’s CRM system, and secure qualified meetings to assist and support growth opportunities, leverage partner time, increase name and brand recognition and support new services and markets in the early stages of the sales process.

 

 

How you will contribute:

  • Gaining and maintaining a strong working knowledge of FORVIS’ key products and services―their application, value proposition, general mechanics, and key objections    
  • Professionally and courteously initiating phone conversations with C-level corporate executives regarding specific FORVIS key service offerings
  • Promoting and managing campaigns with offices, regions, and industries   
  • Actively using the firm’s systems and tools to maintain detailed and accurate records of clients and prospects, including the preliminary prospect information, conversations held, and activity generated. Providing timely and accurate reporting of activity and results, as well as ad hoc reporting as requested by management
  • Nurturing strong communication channels with FORVIS offices  
  • Assisting with coaching and educating FORVIS professionals on issues related to effective use of professional prospecting and proactive calling 
  • Maintaining integrity and respect in all prospect dealings, while representing FORVIS in a professional manner

  • A high level of organizational skills, including handling multiple projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field 
  • 1 year or more of work experience in a professional setting―customer service or sales background a plus   
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • CRM experience is advantageous
